Ozpandi is the design arm of plonc. It was created for those who want more than just a renovation. We help reimagine space—reworking layout, refining proportions, selecting materials, and defining tone. Whether it’s one room or an entire home, we offer a design service rooted in quiet architecture and material clarity.

We curate plonc. designed tiles alongside complementary finishes - timber, tapware, stone, and more - with subtlety and cohesion.

Storyboards and visual briefs that guide the feeling of the space - not just what it looks like, but how it lives.
What You’ll Receive
Each design engagement is tailored, but generally includes:
• A one-on-one consultation (in-person or virtual)
• A moodboard with curated finishes, tile selections, and tonal direction (PDF or printed)
• Spatial layout advice or sketch concepts
• A summary of key design recommendations
• For full-room design: annotated layout with material selections and builder-facing notes
We don’t produce construction documentation or full architectural drawings, but we’re happy to work alongside your draftsperson, architect, or builder to translate and guide the design intent.
How We Work
Some clients come to us for design only. Others ask us to recommend a builder or designer. Some arrive with a team already in place.
Ozpandi offers both its own interior design service and access to a trusted network of independent professionals - designers and builders we know well.
We can lead, collaborate, or simply contribute - depending on what your project needs.

Ozpandi is not in competition with other designers or architects. We’re here to support good design and help bring materials and space into alignment.

Ozpandi Design Packages
Tailored for homeowners, builders, and design-led renovators.
01 - Foundation Consult
From $880 plus GST
For those at the beginning of their renovation or reconfiguration.
A one-on-one meeting, materials storyboard, and direction summary to guide your renovation.
Includes:
• 1:1 design consultation (in-person or virtual)
• Moodboard with curated tiles, finishes & tonal direction
• Written summary of core design cues & priorities
• Light spatial suggestions or layout refinement (sketch form)
Perfect for clients who need early clarity before engaging trades or committing to materials.
02 - Resolved Room Design
From $2,950 plus GST
A full design offering for one room (e.g. bathroom, ensuite, powder room, or compact kitchen).
Includes:
• All inclusions from the Foundation Consult
• Spatial reworking or layout concepts (non-technical drawings)
• Detailed tile and fixture specification
• Builder-facing notes: junction details, material set-out, proportion logic
• Up to 1x revision round
For those who want the space to feel resolved before the first tile/finish is laid.
03 - Design Advisory
$185 plus GST / hr
Ongoing or one-off design support for:
• Material sourcing
• On-site layout or lighting walk throughs
• Client-builder consultations
• Finishing selections & visual support
Flexible support when and where you need it, without committing to a full design scope.
Optional Add-Ons (Priced Separately)
3D visualisations or photorealistic renders | Sample curation and physical moodboards | Joinery detailing or lighting layout sketches | Collaboration with your architect or builder
Additional Information
We’re based in Sydney, travel outside these areas may incur additional costs.
For interstate or regional projects, travel and accommodation expenses will be quoted transparently and confirmed in advance.
Remote consultations are also available.
